At the "ERNÄHRUNG 2024" congress, Jana Johnen, Institute of Nutritional and Food Sciences, Human Nutrition, University of Bonn, received the abstract prize awarded by the German Society for Nutritional Medicine (DGEM), the Professional Association of Oecotrophology (VDOE) and the Federal Association of German Nutritional Medicine (BDEM) in Leipzig for her abstract on "Meals enriched with oyster mushroom powder do not reduce subsequent ad libitum energy intake (2nd meal test) in overweight/obese adults despite delayed gastric emptying".
