The Food Chemistry working group is delighted to have moved into the research and teaching laboratories in the new Rotationsgebäude at the University of Bonn. In particular, four newly equipped modern laboratories are available for the food chemistry practical courses:
Chemistry with single workstations approx. 300 m2
Analytical work approx. 100 m2
Spectroscopy approx. 25 m2
Sample preparation approx. 15 m2
Thanks to the new laboratory capacities and the ending of the local numerus clausus, more places can be offered in the main course of the state examination in Food Chemistry in the future. The supervising working groups of the food chemistry practical courses are looking forward to welcoming all admitted and future students.
