The BMEL-funded research project LeguPlan started on 01 July 2023. Within the framework of the three-year research project, the group of Nutritional Physiology is investigating the health effects of a plant-based, legume-rich dietary pattern. For this purpose, two controlled nutritional studies will be conducted in a risk population for cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases
